Health & Wellbeing

For anyone interested in getting their blood pressure checked  – Pauline Kilpatrick will be at the track in Kilmore on Monday evening @ 8pm and Tuesday morning at 7am to carry it out.  I know a lot of you get excited about heading off on your walks – so Pauline iss going to check that you’re not getting too excited !!.  Don’t forget too that the ” Two Steps at a Time” running group is on every Tuesday @ 8.30pm and the *One Step at a Time” groups continue as normal.

Ned Run

Its nearly upon us guys – the Ned Run is only two weeks away this Friday !!  For those of you with toddlers/babies or those who feel you would like to be involved, but don’t think you could do the whole walk – we have this year, decided to put on a shorter walk.  Just up to the terraces and back – still gets you out and involved in all the buzz – but doesn’t put as much pressure on anyone.  Lets all get out and support this great cause.

Congratulations to David McCague, the Management and Backroom Team and of course the County Minor Team on winning the Ulster Final  against Derry last Friday.  Well done to you all.
