The Reserves met Truagh at home on Wednesday in Round 8 of the Platinum Tanks RFL.

It was a very windy evening which made for some difficult playing conditions.  However, this didn’t hinder our lads and we got the first score on the board 5 minutes in.  With another 3 points scored in the first half, we went in at half time 4 points to 2 up.  The second half got off to a great start with a Goal from Oran Heaphey in the 2nd minute.  Truagh never really came back into the game and we comfortably took the win.  Final Score – Scotstown 2-10, Truagh 0-3

The Div 5  Team  next meet Killeevan at home on Thursday 21st June @ 8pm.


The Div 1 Team had a good win over Clones on Saturday – they now meet Carrickmacross Emmets  away on Sat 30th June at 12pm

The Div 2 Team were beaten by a strong Drumhowan team on Thursday.

The Div 5 Team had a great win over Truagh on Tuesday in the QF on the Championship – they now meet Monaghan Harps at home in the Semi Final on Wed 27th June @ 7.15pm. They also meet Donaghamoyne away on Sat 30th June @ 2.30pm in the League.


Our U11’s meet Clontibret in Kilmore on Thursday 21st @ 7pm in the Liam Stirrat Development League.


It would be much appreciated if any of the U6s parents/guardians would like to lend a hand on a Saturday morning at training.  Just make yourselves known to Macartan.

Health & Wellbeing

There has been a great turn out thus far of people walking and running in Kilmore.  Well done to you all, its great to see every one out and about.  Please spread the word and just remind people that there is absolutely no pressure to walk or run for any distance or at speed.  Each to their own capabilities.  We have groups meeting every day at 8.30pm and Tues, Wed, Thur & Fri at 7am.  Don’t forget to keep an eye on social media for the Schedules for the “One step at a time” walking groups.
