Senior Ladies

The Girls met Fanad Gaels last Saturday in Windy conditions in Donegal.  The game was edge of the seat, nail biting stuff and at the Final Whistle – it was 9 points apiece, meaning it had to go to extra time.  The girls edged ahead and were 2 points up by half time (extra time).  They kept the pressure on and were ahead by 4 points when Fanad Gaels slipped in a goal.  The Scotstown Girls didn’t give up though and held on to take the win by a point.  They are now through to the Ulster Club Semi Final against Lavey on 20th October at home.

The very best of luck to the Senior Ladies who are in the League Final against  Carricmacross on Saturday 6th October in Blackhill at 5pm.  This is a Double Header with our U12 Girls in the Final at 3.30 and Senior Ladies @ 5pm.
