The Senior men played Blayney in a star game last Friday.A slow start saw them playing catch up and after being wasteful in front of goals they were 0-4 to 0-6 down at halftime. Two quick points Levelled the game. Blaney scored 1-2 before Michael McCarville smashed a left footed shot to the net after a fine handed catch on the edge of the square. The teams shared 4 point taking us to injury time when Michael got a half chance and slammed the ball against the outside of the post. Blaney closed the scoring with a late point
Last Wednesday the Senior B’s went down to Truagh with a much weakened team from the previous Sunday.
Our U16 Girls put up a encouraging performance against Donaghmoyne on the new pitch in Kilmore. The team is showing real signs of progress.
U12 Div 1 and Div 2 teams went down to late late scores to lose by a single point in both games.
