With the football season now getting into full swing, players, parents and guardians are reminded of the regulations regarding mouthguards. Mouthguards are compulsory for all male players, at all age grades (from juvenile level to adult), in all Gaelic football practice sessions and games. Follow the link to the GAA website for more information: https://www.gaa.ie/medical-and-player-welfare/mouthguards/
For Ladies Gaelic Football, it is mandatory for players in age grades up to and including Minor level to wear a mouthguard – follow the link for more information: http://ladiesgaelic.ie/players/mouthguards/
Thank you for your co-operation with this important player welfare issue.
