Health & Wellbeing

Now that the good weather is finally here, it lifts peoples spirits and they are more inclined to go out for a bit of a dander.  We would like to invite anyone in the Parish of Tydavnet to join us in trying to get yourself and anyone else you know motivated to go out for a walk.  Whether you are new to walking, looking to get back into walking, or a pro at it, we are going to be setting up walking groups (dates and times to be confirmed) for every level of fitness so that people can get back walking “one step at a time” with absolutely no pressure on anyone.  Its time to shake off those winter blues, grab a friend or two and get to stepping.  All ages welcome.  So, watch this space for further info and get your walking shoes ready! Dont forget, the Ned Run is only round the corner and being able to complete that, might be motivation in itself.
