Scotstown Lads Movember fundraising campaign for Pieta House
Well done to our senior men blues involved in the Movember fundraising campaign for Pieta House. Their thoughtful and kind act to raised over €6,300 for Pieta House. Pieta's vision is a world where suicide, self-harm and stigma have been replaced by hope, self-care and acceptance. By supporting Pieta, you will allow them to strive to make this a reality. Without everyone's support, Pieta would not have been able to give hope to over 50,000 people since they first opened their doors in 2006. All of their services (one-to-one counselling, 24 hour helpline, SBLO Service, Training and Education) are provided free of charge. They are supported mainly by fundraising and voluntary contributions. The lads greatly appreciated the support and sponsorship provided towards this great cause. Thanks to everyone involved.

Phone a Ceili
With the Level 3 restrictions in effect now, physically visiting people is still curtailed with limited mixing up to 2 households from 18th December. But we can still make contact with those we care about and / or are cocooning, living alone or vulnerable. They would really appreciate a phone call, letter or card just to say "I'm thinking about you, keep safe and stay strong." So please, Phone a Ceili, Write a Letter, Send a Card and keep in touch over the winter months and we are always here to help in anyway.
