The annual spring clean up organised by the local tidy towns groups in association with Monaghan county council takes place this weekend. The Scotstown club has agreed to act as litter ambassadors for the campaign and we would ask all club members, players and supporters to do their bit to help. Contact your local tidy towns members and organise a pick up on your road or townland or help out whatever way you can. Skips will be available in the villages on Saturday 16th April to collect the rubbish collected. So come on, get involved and do your bit to clean up our parish!
If you are out cleaning up make sure and take a picture and send it to us – pro.scotstown.monaghan@gaa.ie or message to us on facebook.
