Lá Fhéile Pádraig sona duit agus Seachtain na Gaeilge
We wish everyone in our community a happy and peaceful St Patrick's day.
Seachtain na Gaeilge
Tá Seachtain na Gaeilge buailte linn agus idir an 1ú agus 17ú Márta gach bliain déanann muid ceiliúradh ar ár dteanga dhúchais. It is near the end of the annual cupla weeks to practice our native language up till St.Patrick's day and we would encourage all of our members to practice whatever Irish they can during this week. Muineachán le Gaeilge who are the local branch of Conradh na Gaeilge have been putting together a programme of online events along with Comhairle Contae Mhuineacháin and CLG Mhuineacháin and we thank them very much and everyone who participated. Tá Seachtain na Gaeilge ag dul go maith sa Bhoth. Cloisim a lán daoine ag usáid an cúpla focal sa sráidbhaile! Beir Bua!

Thanks to everyone involved so far in the litter picking, which continues on to the end of this weekend. We encourage as many people, particularly those with spare time and want to go for a walk to help us out in picking up any litter that happens to be out there. We would like to limit the pickers to 1 or 2 per household. Please leave full bags at the green on the day of collection (we will let you know what day that is). Please observe current Covid 19 restrictions. Use gloves, keep your social distancing and within 5km of your home. Many thanks!
